Woodside Investments Corporation ("WIC") was founded in
2000 for the sole purposes of finding and creating new
investment opportunities in an ever changing global real estate
market.
WIC has worked on multiple projects throughout
Europe and across North America and our current project type
focus is two fold.
Projects that require quick repositioning through better
financial controls (such as debt and revenue growth) and Accretive Value Enhancement
through
land development
and rezoning.
WIC's strength is the ability to understand and
